We Stand In Solidarity

Digital Thrive stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement.


We mourn with the black community who is deeply affected by the senseless injustices of racial discrimination. Here at Digital Thrive, we are committed to fair hiring practices and making room for the BIPOC community in positions that can ultimately lead to concrete changes in the marketing and technology industry. As an organization, we affirm our commitment to supporting the black community, continue prioritizing diversity and inclusion, and commit to uplifting and amplifying the voices of those underrepresented.


We must all do more at this time to help our communities that face racial discrimination. We encourage everyone to voice their support for the Black Lives Matter movement, find ways to get involved and make a tangible impact, and empower others to do the same.



Here are some ways you can be a part of the movement:


1. Donate.

Consider donating to organizations that support protestors and the Black community at large.

2. Show solidarity on social media.


You can use the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag on your social media to share resources, offer ways to get involved, and show your support to the black community.

3. Educate yourself and others around you.

Take time to research, read, listen and discuss a variety of topics including diversity, inclusion, racism, privilege, and liberation, amongst others.


4. Support black businesses.


From restaurants to retail stores to photography studios, there are many black-owned businesses here in Austin. Below is a list of local businesses you can support in our community.

5. Commit.

Be open to listening, learning, and accepting new information. Make a commitment to continue supporting your community, getting involved, and staying educated.
