We’re highlighting our favorite Direct Of Operations this month!

Umar works behind the scenes as our Director of Operations. He works closely with the sales team to successfully launch advertiser campaigns with a core focus on the Call Technology Operations, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for maximum results for our clients. He insures campaigns are set up for the highest ROI and troubleshoots issues as they arise. He also works with the tech team to introduce new reports and functionality.

Outside of work, you can find Umar rooting for his favorite teams – the Mets, Jets and Knicks. Though he knows none of them will ever win a championship, he’s still a die-hard fan. Originally from Long Island, New York, he currently resides in South Florida with his family. In his spare time, he coaches his daughter’s softball team. Currently, he’s busy exploring and planning out his next travel adventure.
